                               RESOLUTION NO. 20557
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF THE
                  EASTDALE PARK EXPANSION PROJECT TO TOWER
                  CONSTRUCTION FOR THEIR LOW BID IN THE AMOUNT
                  OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND SIX
                  HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT DOLLARS ($133,638.00),
                  AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF ANY NECESSARY
                  DOCUMENTS RELATED THERETO.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of the Eastdale Park Expansion Project to Tower 
Construction
       for their bid in the amount of $133,638.00; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there be and is hereby
       authorized the execution of any and all necessary documents
       related thereto.
